Before You Start
Confirm the customer has their Microsoft 365 email address and current password available.
Instructions
1. Open Settings on the iPhone.
2. Select Mail.
3. Select Accounts.
4. Select Add Account.
5. Select Microsoft Exchange.
6. Enter the email address and follow the Microsoft sign-in prompts.
Common Issues
If sign-in fails, confirm the password, MFA prompt, and whether the account has an active Microsoft 365 licence assigned.
